International Senior Sales Manager (f/m/x) France & Benelux

Tasks:

  • Strategic sales for France and the Benelux countries 
  • Responsibility for sales and earnings for assigned customers 
  • Management of important key accounts, management of customer projects 
  • Development and management of new and existing customers in the sales area 
  • Conducting contract negotiations 
  • Determining prices, terms, and price ranges in consultation with management and the Sales Director 
  • Involved in budget preparation 
  • Business development and new customer acquisition 
  • Conducting market and competition analyses and developing recommendations for action 
  • Participating in trade fairs and events for customer acquisition and support 
  • Maintaining the CRM software 
  • Good understanding of the segment (market specifics, distribution channels, etc.) and, as a result, developing a strategy for expanding the segment for sustainable business development 
  • Setting sales targets and assisting in the forecasting/budgeting process in cooperation with management and the Director of Sales and Marketing 
  • Regular reporting of sales figures


Candidate Profile:

  • Commercial or technical training, preferably in the field of flexible packaging or film production 
  • Several years of professional experience in flexible packaging or film production in a comparable position in sales or business development with responsibility for sales 
  • Experience in the food industry is desirable 
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs and an ERP or CRM system 
  • French and English fluently written and spoken
  • Passion for sales and the product 
  • High social competence 
  • Proactive, actively thinking and acting 
  • Hands-on mentality with assertiveness and decisiveness 
  • Convincing communication and negotiation skills at all levels
